We were honoured to visit His Excellency Aleksandar Vučić, President of the Republic of Serbia, and engage in talks about the future of the space sector and the opportunities it offers to accelerate scientific progress and inspire the next generation. The knowledge gained from space missions, and the technologies developed for them, serve one primary objective: advancing humanity and improving people’s lives.

As part of our visit to the Republic of Serbia, we had a tour of the Palace of Science, where we explored its key sections dedicated to the universe, Earth, technology, and humans. We also visited the Belgrade Astronomical Observatory. Humanity’s greatest achievements are born from the convergence of scientific disciplines and their collective advancement, driven by brilliant minds across cultures and nations.

We visited Petnica Science Center as part of our tour in the Republic of Serbia, where we met a group of students excelling in fields such as astronomy, biology and physics. I wish them success in their studies and a future marked by innovation.

The advancement of science and space sector needs the talents of each one of you. With the ambitious Moroccan students during our tour of the University Mohammed VI Polytechnic in Rabat. Wishing them a brilliant future!

I visited the Royal Center for Remote Sensing in the Kingdom of Morocco with @Astro_Hazzaa and colleagues, where we learned about their work in utilising satellite data and their strategic objectives. Our exploration missions as astronauts may differ from satellite missions, but both contribute to a common goal: advancing science and building a more prosperous future.
