TLDR binance needs to rebuy $3B worth of crypto (mostly BTC)
bullish hack?
$BTC:
Binance needs to replace the missing assets. Whatever cannot be restored through recoveries or existing company holdings needs to be BOUGHT BACK. The exact purchase amounts have not been announced.
The estimated impact is $6.3 BILLION, with approximately $3 BILLION already frozen. The Frozen Funds will be Re-Minted and sent back to Binance while the Frozen funds will remain frozen forever. The full $6.3 billion represents 3.91% of all Binance holdings, once Tether/ Circle re-issue the frozen $3 billion, the remaining hacked amount falls to $3.3 BILLION, or 2.05% of total Binance assets. So in case nothing gets additionally frozen in the next days, simply translates into: Binance is forced to re-purchase $3.3 BILLION of stolen assets and that includes a big amount of Bitcoin. And in another way of translation this would mean, the Hacker holds $3.3 Billion worth of BTC and he won’t sell it as Hackers prefer BTC, and on top Binance needs to purchase Crypto and BTC worth $3.3 Billion. So overall, and mathematically correct this hack brings an inflow of $3.3 bn. This is why hacks are less harmful than liquidations such as FTX.
Let the bears celebrate the panic. I remain VERY bullish. In my view, the bull market continues, my longs from $80,400 and my spot holdings from $60,000 remain open, and this hack does NOT shake me out. I entered this market prepared for volatility. Let the bears celebrate today’s drop.
Yesterday Bitcoin was $2,000 above my long entry. Today, it is $2,000 below it. And I haven’t made a big deal out of it, ignore the volatile fluctuation and I’m trusting @cz_binance for 100%. The bull market needs to continue and I feel sorry for everyone who is capitulating based on this FUD.
There have been a lot of "fully autonomous" company / DAO / governance LARPs the past few years
$FOREVER will serve as a launchpad for these ambitious ideas - no larp
Excited to see @0xMontBlanc cook up the first truly immortal protocols
ICE?
The US immigration deporting squads?
trade[XYZ] and ICE, owner of the New York Stock Exchange, are joining forces to bring 24/7 perpetual futures on Hyperliquid to the United States.
In just over a year, our markets on Hyperliquid have surpassed $650 billion in volume. They provide continuous price discovery for stocks, indices, and commodities, and have become trusted reference points for retail and institutions alike when traditional markets are closed. Much of the world trades them. Until now, Americans could only watch.
We intend to change that. Subject to CFTC approval, trade[XYZ] and ICE plan to establish a new, dedicated U.S. market, with novel exchange and clearing infrastructure built on Hyperliquid. Planned contracts span equities, indices, commodities, FX, and crypto, with access through participating brokers and platforms. We’ll share more on products, eligibility, and timing as approvals progress.
ICE brings more than 25 years of experience operating regulated markets, clearing, and managing risk. trade[XYZ] brings the product development, market design, and technology behind the most liquid and robust markets on Hyperliquid.
Innovation and the protections of U.S. regulation shouldn’t be a trade-off. Together, we plan to prove it.
ICE is making a strategic investment in trade[XYZ] and joins us in building towards the future of Hyperliquid. A small group of market luminaries is joining as well, beginning with Stan Druckenmiller. For more than four decades, few investors have anticipated the great turns in markets as often as Stan. We’re proud to have him with us for the next one.
We’re building the U.S. market in parallel with our existing HIP-3 markets, which we’ll continue to expand and innovate on. We expect both to flourish. They each have a long road map ahead, from new asset classes to new ways to trade them.
To the Hyperliquid community, whether you were here before us or came because of us, thank you. You took a chance on new markets and you made them matter. You’ll forever be a part of this story.
Anything. Anytime. On ICE[XYZ].

The state of NFT mints these days: farming games 🌾🧑🌾
Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V from @YieldFields_RH
- farm game but for monkeys
- farm but hatch eggs
- farm but it's a bank
- farm but fishing
- farm but the island is floating in the air
- farm & fight the boss
It's so easy to ship a game with AI now. Some are good, some are hella bad.
It's just the meta; you'll probably see more
I honestly blame @Skarly for this (joking)
Do the minimum "reading" before you mint/play

Huh did you know anthropic has a drug research arm
$ANT bulls can toss in a biotech narrative along with their core AI offerings
Surprise 1: Anthropic acquired a one-person biotech
.
.
.
Surprise 2: that person is me
Surprise 3: I’m here to tell you all about it
Yes, this is what you think it is; after 6 yrs of increasingly loose anonymity: the Professor Oak reveal post
…and yes, it has gotten so boring around here that I’m literally doxxing myself to spice up the timeline
-------
Ok, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Cody Tranbarger. I mostly tweet, but occasionally find time to dabble in drug dev & starting/building biotechs. My past lives span the VC, crossover, startup continuum; Prof Oak has been my way of keeping a digital foot in those worlds, despite having my physical feet planted elsewhere.
The past 18 mo, ‘elsewhere’ was Mithril Medicine, a co. I founded to develop bsAbs for LAMA2-CMD & other ECM-related genetic diseases.
Mithril was born out of hands-on building with @MikeNGladstone, @JasonPaulRhodes, @LifeSciVC, & team @atlasventure. Somehow, I made enough half-decent calls along the way (even a broken clock is right twice a day, eh?) to convince them Mithril/I warranted a small seed. While I can hardly rationalize such an outrageously cavalier bet, I’m grateful for it, & I'd partner with Atlas again in a heartbeat.
In typical AV fashion, Mithril’s primordial form was virtual, decentralized, & ultra-lean. This stage tends to be short-lived, but for Mithril, it worked surprisingly well, for surprisingly long, thanks in part to the rapid maturation of the AI tools I used liberally.
Eventually, Mithril became a bit of an experiment itself - to find the upper bound of how far it could scale as a single operator + a bunch of Claude (+ a stellar bench of part-time consultants).
In parallel, I started spending time with @nc_frey, @an1lam, & @CoefficientBio team; and promptly experienced, for the 1st time, AI at the frontier. Soon thereafter, Mithril stopped looking like an experiment, & started looking like a preview of an entirely new operating model.
From that spark came “Pipeline-in-a-Person.” The idea immediately resonated when we shared it here back in April; and it was central to the shared vision that led to Anthropic’s acquisition of Mithril, & my joining the team.
Why join Anthropic? Three reasons.
(1) For Mithril, the programs continue, with more resources & infrastructure behind them, and as much Claude as I can put to work.
(2) For me, the chance to start several more programs, & find out how many one person can actually run in parallel - an almost unprecedented luxury for a curious drug hunter.
(3) For our mission, a path to institutionalize & scale this new way of working, then put it in the hands of all of biopharma, all over the world - which, candidly, I find the most energizing.
Will AI x Bio cure diseases? Unequivocally yes, imo… but not by the route that gets the most airtime. Rather than timeline acceleration & compression, I see orchestration & parallelization as today's low-hanging fruit.
Most drug hunters see a handful of go/no-go calls in a career, & spend entirely too much of the rest trading emails (my inbox can attest).
Give them the bandwidth to run several programs at once, and the time to focus on scientific judgment, and I’m willing to bet they’ll make better calls. And at scale, better calls translate to more drugs, higher hit rates, broader patient impact, & likely, a disease or 10 or 100 cured. I couldn't be more excited to build toward that future @AnthropicAI.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to BioTwitter/X. The end of anonymity is bittersweet, but if anyone’s earned a proper introduction, you all have.
It’s difficult to overstate how much this app has done for me: a decade of education, plenty of friends, many job opportunities, several mentors, a few investors, even a co-founder (fmr). It was the generosity of this community that inspired me to start posting 6 years ago, after just as many years lurking. I hope I’ve been able to pay it forward, in my own small way.
But, to be clear, Prof Oak isn’t going anywhere. Same beat, same themes, and now, a front-row seat to drug development at the frontier. Stay tuned for dispatches from the trenches; and remember...

if this is true why does SpaceX have 22,000 employees
🤔
This is f*cking insane. SpaceXAI senior engineer (ex-Cursor):
"99% of people open one GrokBot, ask it a question and close the tab
I run 50+ GrokBot agents like a company. A Chief of Staff runs my day, 3 PMs hand out the work, 40+ workers ship it overnight, and I just check the results over coffee. That team does the job of 20 engineers"
In this 1-hour workshop, SpaceXAI builds that GrokBot team from scratch, step by step
GrokBot → Chief of Staff → PMs → 40+ Workers → Autonomous Company
At SpaceXAI, 97% of engineers already run a team like this, and the ones who do are getting $750K+ offers. The rest are about to compete with them
Worth more than any $5,000 agentic engineering course

IMO the most important skill of our times is reading
LLMs produce brick walls of text. The people who are able to comprehend that text the quickest and most accurately will win
The people with the strongest vocabulary and written prose (acquired from reading ofc) will be able to express their thoughts to the LLM most precisely
Time to goodreads-maxx. And don't read boring non-fiction / self-help slop either. Read fiction that will actually entertain you, expand your perspective, and naturally amplify your reading/writing abilities
everyday this industry invents new ways to extract
manually assigning 50-60% sell taxes to NFTs of people the team doesn't like 🤣
The @base team has been supporting a rug
I’ve been watching @sportfun for many months, having personally previously invested mid 5 figures into the project along with many of my CT frens from Blast/Fantasy Top
Thankfully I sold before the clear rug pull occurred. The founding team has been highly rude and ignorant to their community members and investors.
They’ve threatened my friends many times (they’re project’s top holders btw), but now are taking measures to silence them
They imposed a huge sell tax MANUALLY on all assets of those who complained.
They started sending legal notices.
The Sport Fun team didn’t follow their promises in supporting the project, rather chose predatory tactics for their biggest whales.
My friends are now forced to sell their positions at a huge loss with a manually imposed 60% sell tax.
Ever since $FUN TGE, the token and all assets have been in freefall - with founder and team members promising many things, but delivering none
I hope the @base team sees this and takes measures into their own hands. @jessepollak
tired of claude cucking you?
aliberated models are unrestricted models that won't refuse anything you ask it
@abliteration_ai is one of the biggest providers of such models and have plans for only $20 or $50/month
they also don't store or log your data
Interesting...

Many of you don't understand how serious this is, so let me break it down.
In computer science there is a famous kind of puzzle called 3-SAT. You are given a long list of yes-or-no switches and a set of rules about how they must be arranged, and you have to find a combination that satisfies every rule. The obvious way to solve it is to try every combination, but each new switch doubles the number of possibilities, so a puzzle with a few hundred switches would take longer than the age of the universe to brute force.
For decades, the smartest people in the field found clever tricks that made this a little faster, but every trick still hit the same wall: the time required kept exploding as the puzzle grew.
About 25 years ago, two computer scientists, Russell Impagliazzo and Ramamohan Paturi, working with Francis Zane, turned that wall into a formal idea.
They proposed the Exponential Time Hypothesis, which says this explosion is not a failure of human cleverness but a law of nature. No algorithm, however brilliant, will ever solve 3-SAT without the time blowing up exponentially. Nobody could prove it, but almost everyone believed it, and it became one of the foundations of modern computer science.
Researchers used it as a measuring stick. If you could show that solving some other problem quickly would also crack 3-SAT quickly, you had shown that problem was hopelessly hard too. Hundreds of papers, across scheduling, graphs, logic and much more, rest on this one assumption.
Now an internal AI model at OpenAI claims to have broken it. It says it found an algorithm that solves these puzzles meaningfully faster than the hypothesis allows, and it has checked the proof in a computer verification system called Lean.
And here is the remarkable part: the very people who proposed the hypothesis, Impagliazzo and Paturi, along with MIT's Ryan Williams, are now leading the public review of whether a machine has disproved their own idea.
So what happens next? If the disproof holds, a large part of theoretical computer science has to be revisited.
Every result that said "this problem cannot be solved faster, assuming ETH" loses its foundation, and researchers will have to work out which of those walls were real and which were simply where we stopped looking. It does not mean everything becomes easy. The new algorithm is still slow in absolute terms and this is not the famous P versus NP problem being solved.
But it means our map of what is possible was wrong in a place we were very confident about, and it was an AI that redrew it. If the disproof fails, the hypothesis survives and the field breathes out, but we will still have watched an AI produce serious, checkable work on one of the deepest questions in the discipline, closely enough that the founders of the idea had to take it seriously. Either way, something has shifted.
