I am not doing so well. Wrote my not success story as Facebook post. On the official MND website are all the happy stories and I think mine is the opposite. Diagnosed in September 21 and gone downhill faster than I thought possible.
I had donated blood for a specific MND research project. I found out that I have an expansion in a gene called C9orf72. This can cause motor neurone disease or dementia. This is inherited so I got it from dad who got it from his dad. They had dementia

Not doing so well.
Got given morphine for pain that scrambled my brain and left me nauseous and with headaches. On sick leave but might actually not be able to get back to work 😢 #MND
Surreal EOFY eAudiobook order placed. But was fun to finally get all these requests for purchases I could not get before as only had funds for eBooks.
And then heaps more...
Not being ungrateful for everyone in my corner and my rock JB but there are days when I want to go to sleep and not wake up.
Today is one of those days .

Cosmo the soccer loving collie and my beloved Sunshine were still with us.
I could still get of the couch, sit with crossed legs and hold my book. And easily pick up my cup of tea.
