BATON ROUGE - Judge William Jorden just approved a preliminary injunction that clears the path for LSU to add players who've signed pro contracts.
The NCAA, SEC and LSU are all enjoined from taking any "actions that negatively impact" the athletes in the case.
This preliminary injunction wasn’t JUST about a few guys who temporarily put on pro uniforms. Our clients include women who want to pursue master’s degrees and, under the NCAA’s new 5-for-5 eligibility rule, should have had that option from the beginning. @TexasTrialGroup
