Last week I attended Law Di Gras for the sixth time, and this year truly stood out, possibly even surpassing the already exceptional events I’ve experienced in the past. The energy around networking was incredible. I had a series of high value conversations with trial attorneys and vendors that sparked fresh ideas and priority action items. The sessions on technology were a highlight. Speakers showed how cutting edge tools are transforming plaintiff personal injury practice, from marketing, case intake, discovery, litigation to trial presentation. This event has become an annual must for me. Each year delivers great content and connections, but this edition felt a little extra special, richer conversations, sharper tech insights, and a real sense that the PI community is moving forward together. Seven months are in the books and five months are still to go. It's been an incredible year of legal conferences and marketing events. I've enjoyed reconnecting with friends and colleagues, staying current on the latest trends in law and technology, and continuing to learn from some of the best. I'm looking forward to all the outstanding events still ahead.

I’m genuinely honored to renew my membership in the National Trial Lawyers’ Traumatic Brain Injury Section. Being invited again to join this exceptional group of advocates is both a privilege and a powerful reminder of the work we all do for those injured and their families. I’m excited to continue contributing, learning, and working with the nation’s top trial lawyers dedicated to advancing justice in traumatic brain injury litigation.

Still reflecting on the incredible Morgan & Morgan event at the Wynn in Las Vegas earlier this month. It was an outstanding opportunity to reconnect with friends and colleagues from across the country, build new relationships, and exchange ideas with some truly talented professionals. The energy, insights, and connections made throughout the event were second to none. Looking forward to staying in touch with everyone and carrying that momentum forward.

I had the pleasure of talking with Mark Lanier in April at Mass Torts Made Perfect, and when I mentioned that I couldn't believe his event was celebrating its 10th anniversary, his face absolutely lit up. His passion and excitement for next week's conference was unmistakable and contagious. If his enthusiasm is any indication, this year's event is going to be off the charts and one of the best in its history.

I’ve had the privilege of attending two exceptional educational and networking events over the past 30 days, and the experience has been energizing. I truly value opportunities to learn, grow, and connect with dedicated professionals, and I’m already looking forward to the next few awesome events on the horizon.

Hard to believe it’s already May 1st, four months of 2026 gone in a flash. But here’s the exciting part: we still have eight incredible months ahead of us. Today is a reminder that momentum is built day by day, and the best stretch of the year is still wide open. Recommit. Refocus. Re‑energize. There’s plenty of time to build something meaningful and finish 2026 stronger than you started. Here’s to the next eight months. Let’s make them count.

MTMP has wrapped up, and it was an incredible three days. Catching up with friends and colleagues at the Wynn reminded me why I love this community so much. Just wrapped up an incredible four days in San Diego at TBI Med Legal, and this year’s conference was truly exceptional. The energy, the education, the passion, everything was on another level. I loved reconnecting with so many friends, colleagues, and dedicated professionals who work tirelessly to advocate for individuals living with brain injuries. The networking, the insights, the shared commitment to making a real difference was all inspiring. Already looking forward to the next one.

I’m really looking forward to next weekend’s TBI Med Legal event in San Diego. The first two 2026 major legal events were fantastic. Each one covered emerging legal laws and trends, offered great networking opportunities, and highlighted the growing role of AI and technology in our industry. This upcoming event shifts the focus to brain injury and advocacy for individuals who have suffered a potentially life altering injury. TBI Med Legal promises to be something special, and I’m excited to be part of it.
