Most people ask "when is it going to be finished?" I ask when are they going to start, because I know 1 things for sure. Nothing ever gets finished until it gets started!

“We have great people on our team. They're smart enough to understand that the least important thing on the stat sheet is total points. They get it.”
Coach Cronin, speaking to the media after UCLA’s 84-75 win
Will be going back to watch this game on @SynergySST . Coach Crarey runs a great practice and program. Got to see him run a practice the year he was at FAMU. GREAT STUFF!!! 💯🎯🏀
Feeling is more than mutual - @CoachCrarey destroyed our switching in a way no one has in 8 years and was one step ahead the whole game. Also took us out of our best sets!
So much to learn from and part of why these early games against good teams make you so much better.
Yessir!!!
Proud of our guys. We can’t wait to represent LSU and Louisiana and put a product on the floor that energizes this great state.
See you tonight! #BootUp
Absolutely correct!!!
Love him or hate him, UCLA's Mick Cronin is going to find ways and combinations to win like tonight's 84-75 win over #5 Arizona in Las Vegas clearly shows. Times will change but what will never go out of winning style is old-fashioned grit and toughness
Such good stuff right here!!!! We touched on that yesterday during our practice! 💯🎯🏀
The best thing I’ve heard on help defense came from @kevineastman “Be there before you need to be there.” Too many times helpside is ineffective because it’s late arriving. In fact, if help is already where it’s supposed to be it will often deter drive and cuts from happening.

Golden State is a powerful example of what can be achieved when players collectively buy into their roles. No star brighter than another but different players stepping up at critical times.
Great 1st week of practice by our young men. They continued to work with a 30 minute bus ride 1 way to practice each day. Hopefully their drive to continue to get better stays high. Also thanks to my staff who is also extra strained from all of this. Long bus rides, late nights are the norm for these guys.
“Do you have the discipline work whether you feel like it or not?” Love this posted from an interview by @TheHoopHerald Everyone can work when they are feeling good and all is good, but when things aren't great can you still give 💯
Anyone with suggestions for a stand alone camera that can travel and do all the work on it's on please give suggestions. We aren't blessed financially in fact quite the opposite with our gym being destroyed by hurricane Iseaes. We normally film all games AND ALL PRACTICES. We have no home gym for either one so we need something that can easily be packed up to travel. We use Hudl but may not be able to afford renewal since other sports who went in with us to split the costs seasons are basically over so they want to wait until later to spend that money. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or help.

One of Coach Trent’s former players still checks in with him about basketball, school and life. They built that relationship here at Chipola, and it’s continued. That’s a pretty cool part of coaching.
Can't wait, love @coachrosshodge

Team standards beat team rules.
Three I’d write on day one:
1. Be on time (15 minutes early)
2. Do what's right (if you can't do it in front of me or your parents, don't do it)
3. Treat others how you want to be treated (life lesson)
These 3 standards help a team, an individual, and a quality life lesson.

I've now seen 2 separate polls and neither of them had @CowleyHoops in the top 25. I guess I just don't know what to look for in the pre season scrimmages online. Not only would I have them in the top 25 I would have them in the top 5. We'll see how this post ages.
