REMINDER: Roger Marshall pursued legal action against nearly 700 of his former patients over unpaid medical bills. When they couldn’t pay, some patients were arrested and thrown in jail.
Some of the bills were as little as $101. He called it “common business practice.” That’s who Roger Marshall is.
