@eden and @mikeeisenberg bet against @hellosimply a decade ago. They were wrong. @yuvalkaminka on laying off a third of the company, then growing 50%, and what a company built on joy does when grief walks in.

Today, weโ€™re launching international payments to 190+ countries, over the SWIFT network. With this launch, SWIFT officially becomes a new payment rail alongside our existing ones: ACH, wires, checks, cards, Real-Time Payments (RTP), and FedNow (preview coming soon). International payments follow our standards for all payment rails: โšช They are sent or received from any account. โšช They go through state transitions with full programmatic & Dashboard observability โšช They allow you to handle all edge cases. โšช They let you charge fees through profiles - or programmatically. But we also needed to support the complexity thatโ€™s inherent in international payments: ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ For each payment, your customers can see transaction-level data on exchange rates, fees, expected recipient amounts, and payment status from the time it is initiated through completion. ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Each payment starts with a quote that locks the exchange rate and shows exactly how much will be sent, what the fees are, and how much the recipient will receive in their local currency. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ Your customer sees and approves those terms before the payment is sent. ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช International payments can fail in ways domestic ones don't. Each scenario is processed as a distinct, structured event via the API, so your product can guide the customer on what to do next. More here: unit.co/blog/international-pโ€ฆ

probably one of the more impressive product builds I've seen. you'd think getting the numbers right for ecomm is bread & butter of every store, but wow it's not. benchmarking against what other stores like yours is a total dark art. great stuff.
Today we launch Margins, a financial infra and analytics suite that feeds your and your agentsโ€™ day to day. Margins is the first fully-reconciled data layer built for consumer brands. It connects to all your data sources, including Shopify, Amazon, Payments processors, Meta, 3PL, EDI, billing, and bank transactions. Connect Claude and chat with your data, build your own dashboards and workflows, or use our sleek, designed ones built off our experience working with thousands of brands. ๐ŸŽ‰ To celebrate the launch, weโ€™re giving away free forever, unlimited access to the FULL Margins product for the first 200 brands to sign up, no matter your size from starter to 9 figures. No trial. No sales call. No stripped-down version. RT+ comment โ€œMARGINSโ€ and Iโ€™ll send you your personal link. The story ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡

Today, weโ€™re announcing that weโ€™ve doubled our annual transactions volumes in the last 12 months, and reached $100 billion. This is an especially sweet moment for us. It took us 5.5 years to reach the first $50 billion. What Iโ€™m most proud of is the character and unusual choices that led to it. We chose the most valuable problems, not the easiest ones. We saw huge value in building a system DEEP and BROAD enough to replace 10-15 vendors that banks + fintech programs typically use, starting with a core system. Many people that had 10x our knowledge tried to help and tamper our ambitions: โ€œwhy build a core system?โ€, โ€œwhy operations and not just tech?โ€, โ€œwhy not partner with a vendor that already built a credit card ledger?โ€ Today, Unit could be installed on any bank - immediately. There is no dependency on legacy tech. All money movement happens directly with the Federal Reserve and card networks. Banks and the programs they power do business at scale, with 10x better security, oversight, and modularity. We built heads-down while there was widespread skepticism. Until recently, the category of modern financial infrastructure has been attacked non stop. For years. People questioned it from every single angle: is it sound? Valuable? Sustainable? We werenโ€™t phased. We had the field context that many skeptics didnโ€™t have, and we saw the proof points every day. We made changes along the way when they were needed. We took no shortcuts and turned down high-risk deals that could make us bigger. Importantly, we put ourselves on an independent financial trajectory, so that we donโ€™t have to take shortcuts OR depend on the opinions of others. Proud of our team for the hard work and character. Grateful to our customers (old and new) that placed trust in us. And to millions of end-users who have access to better financial services... without knowing that Unit exists ๐Ÿ˜‰ Back to work. unit.co/blog/100-billion-in-โ€ฆ

Ukraine launches TrophyLab: we are opening access to captured Russian weapon technologies for our global partners. Every missile, drone, and vehicle seized on the battlefield is now a source of knowledge for the free world. Through this secure platform, allied governments, labs, and defense tech manufacturers gain access to deep technical data, reports, and vulnerabilities. Users can also request physical equipment for testing, significantly shortening the development cycle for countermeasures. What was meant to be the enemy's secret advantage is being dismantled to defend democracy. Join the platform: ๐Ÿ”— trophylab.mod.gov.ua/en/

independent board members are some of the most consistent value drivers for companies. well done. welcome aboard @saumil!
Big day at Unit: we're proud to welcome @saumil to our Board of Directors, as our first independent board member. Saumil is the Global President of Ticketmaster. He spent the previous 9.5 years at @Square as CPO and Head of Business, scaling the company from pre-IPO to $3.6B in annual gross profit. I have admired Saumil from the moment I met him. He's an incredibly smart, sophisticated, and humble operator. He has a world class network. And he plays to win. Saumil's background is also a statement: great companies rethink every piece of infrastructure and stay close to the metal. With this foundation, they can solve the single toughest problem in embedded finance: adoption. Saumil has spent most of his career proving these things at Square. Absolutely outrageous remarks by the Defence Secretary which I hope he will publicly apologise for. During the 12-day war, the Iranian regime launched hundreds of ballistic missiles and suicide drones toward Israel. 33 civilians were killed. More than 3,500 were injured. Approximately 40,000 buildings were damaged. In the city of Bat Yam, a single direct hit destroyed an entire neighbourhood. 22 buildings had to be demolished. People often make a fundamental mistake when judging this conflict purely by casualty numbers. Israel has spent decades and billions developing an unprecedented, multi-layered missile defence system. Nearly 80% of Israelis live within close proximity to a safe room or public shelter, and by law every new apartment built in Israel must include a reinforced safe room. In this war, when missiles are launched, Israelโ€™s Home Front Command first issues an early warning. When impact becomes imminent, sirens sound across the affected areas. Civilians are instructed to enter shelters and remain there until an official all clear is given. Israelis follow these instructions because experience has shown time and again that they save lives. The fact that Israel has learned how to defend its civilians does not make the threat any less serious.
