Jorge Posada is just the guy who could help with hitting and accountability, two NYY issues, but he tells us: “I don’t feel welcome there.”

The Posada vs Yankees Organization "unwelcome" thingy.... is a clear indicator of what's a Yankee fan
People siding with the Organization are irredeemable

Jorge Posada’s intensity, toughness and leadership were some of his greatest qualities as a Yankee.
While he may not align with the organization/league’s current hitting philosophy, there’s certainly value in bringing him back in a role focused on mentorship, particularly with the catchers.
Yanks lack toughness, fire and grit and THAT’S where Posada thrived. Bring him in as a part-time reverse Pettitte type role.

“Moving forward, the construction of the team has to be a little bit better. We need to dip into more of what we had with Gene Michael, and I feel we got away from that.”
Jorge Posada took an indirect shot at Brian Cashman this morning on Joel Sherman and Jon Heyman’s show.
