We got @fire back again, but the intruder nuked my followers AND following, deleted many long running DM conversations, and removed thousands of posts. I don't even know where to begin.

it looks like @support attempted to do some kind of restoration of my followed accounts, but it failed part way? and none of the followers that were soft blocked have been restored.

droid still feels pretty great; missions are interesting, and run for literal hours. weekly usage limits are just as weird as they ever were though, imo

so nailed this down, basically BetterTouchTool made some log files dated forward to the year 3323, causing it to then thrash its own log folder, which overloaded macos' fseventsd, which in turn caused @droid to stall using bun's fs watcher, upwards of 1700ms per, * 300+ watchers

@yagiznizipli any idea why `x.com/login` asks me for my phone number after entering email, then sends me a code by email labeled "confirm your email address" while also prompting for passkey overtop, then asks me for pk again after I choose "use password" & submit it?

@singhai on web if you accidentally click the money icon (such as when reaching for the history button) you get into a cycle of being prompted by the browser to passkey auth; if you hit cancel, then click x on this modal, you get prompted to passkey auth again (it closed after 3)
