10/9: Frontier Ruckus + Road Pony.
Michigan’s @frontierruckus pairs literary songwriting with indie folk and the edges of rock & roll. Road Pony, led by Megan Burtt and Lauren Frihauf, opens with a nod to Hank Williams, Loretta Lynn and classic country.

Just announced: @frontierruckus and Road Pony on 10/9.
For nearly two decades, Frontier Ruckus has turned Midwestern life into deeply specific, beautifully strange folk songs. Colorado’s Road Pony opens with its spin on classic country.

Clarkston pasture
Driving faster
Out past the last bachelor pad my uncle had
You called me the master
Of petty sad bastardism
But that day all in all was not so bad…
