Play Valorant, CS2, R6, or any other shooter? We're running a new study in Berlin and Cologne, and every skill level is welcome. At the G2 Performance Lab, we're looking at how physiological states affect cognitive and gaming performance. It's two-hour sessions of focus tests, FPS tasks and a short cold-water face dip (~10°C) while we record your heart activity. How do you look after mental health in esports where the grind to perform is the standard? On 2 December, Réka Burján, @MatthewJWatson, and I from the G2 Performance Lab are speaking at the Mental Health in Esports Conference in Brussels. Since launching the lab this year, we've been busy behind the scenes, from developing our coaches to how we prepare our players.
