I don't hate this guy because he's a Democrat. Or a Muslim. Or a pretend doctor. I hate him because he's a condescending, arrogant prick who talks down to everyone. Only an imbecile would vote for him.
Abdul El-Sayed says White kids grow up thinking they’re special when they really aren’t. How is this not racist?

Hasan Piker's latest online rant targeting Michiganders in West Bloomfield Township, comparing the community to the KKK, should be condemned loudly. It is anti-semitic, divisive and deeply offensive. I get that this is what he does for attention. But flippantly attacking a proud, diverse community — not to mention a political organizer doing the most American of things in our democratic process — reveals how misguided and uninformed he actually is about Michigan.

What to an antisemitic right-wing pundit and an antisemitic left-wing Senate candidate have in common? I can’t figure it out?
.@PaulBegala's message to the El-Sayed campaign on its controversial ad featuring Tucker Carlson: "He's making it hard on me, as a strategist, to understand why the hell you'd run an ad with Tucker when you've got footage of President Obama?!"

.@bradlander, you stood in a Manhattan synagogue and accused Donald Trump and Andrew Cuomo of “using Jews as pawns.” You launched your primary challenge to Democrat Dan Goldman with a crack about “doing AIPAC’s bidding.” Now you’re on CBS lecturing people about demonizing political opponents? If Netanyahu claims fraud, he owes the public evidence. Arab Israelis voted. The Joint List won 11 Knesset seats. Ra’am won eight. All 19 count regardless of who forms the government. You say all Gadi Eisenkot has to do is work out a coalition “with those voters.” Have you listened to the people they elected? Ahmad Tibi, the Joint List’s parliamentary leader, said, “We in the Joint Arab List do not want to enter a government.” He’s willing to help replace Netanyahu from the outside. Tibi knows exactly how much those 11 seats are worth, Brad. He also knows they’re his party’s to negotiate with.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is "trying to set a trap for Gadi Eisenkot that Gadi Eisenkot should not fall into" by claiming election fraud in Israel's elections, New York Democratic House candidate Brad Lander claims. He says Netanyahu is attempting to "demonize and discount the votes of Palestinian citizens of Israel who, if it's a democracy, their votes count just as much as Jewish voters." "All Eisenkot has to do is work out a coalition with those voters, and Netanyahu can be gone," he adds. "And showing Jewish-Arab collaboration is the path forward for safety and flourishing, both for Israelis and for Palestinians."

Representative Haley Stevens is a courageous leader who deserves the respect of every Michigan voter. She has conducted herself with nothing but class since the Democratic primary, a primary where a majority of voters did not vote for her party’s nominee. She was absolutely right to call on Abdul El-Sayed to denounce the Rebellion PAC ad and she was right to call on him to apologize for espousing the same hateful ideology behind it. Representative Stevens’ statement expressed a hope that Abdul El-Sayed “had heard the deep concerns of the Jewish Community.” It is as shameful as it is disappointing that his response to her clearly shows that he does not care about those concerns.  In her statement, the Congresswoman says, “ the Jewish and African-American communities of my district deserve to have someone show up for them, rather than fight over them.” I agree with her and my campaign is about being there, showing up and defending these communities and all Michiganders.

Michigan U.S. Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed is responding to a statement from Rep. Haley Stevens, the Democrat he beat in August's primary, in which she laid out her conditions for appearing with him this Sunday for the first time since the summer. His response does not meet any of them. Instead, he says Stevens "seems intent on relitigating a primary that ended three months ago" — a primary, he notes, in which his "people-powered campaign defeated a historic $70M in outside spending from big corporations and AIPAC on behalf of Congresswoman Stevens." He says Democrats should instead focus on beating Mike Rogers and holding Trump accountable. In an extraordinary statement for a member of the same party to issue just days before an election, Stevens said she expects El-Sayed to formally condemn an ad released by Rebellion PAC, the group run by Cenk Uygur (whom she refers to as Hasan Piker's uncle), that blames U.S. support for Israel for what Michigan families can't afford at the grocery store. She also expects him to apologize for his own statements tying Israel to what Michigan can't afford (schools, health care, child care). And she wants him to take down a campaign ad that features clips of Tucker Carlson and other conservatives, including Lara Trump and Jesse Watters, praising him or attacking Rogers. In the one-minute spot, which El-Sayed's campaign is running on Fox News and Newsmax, Carlson says he "wouldn't vote for Mike Rogers at gunpoint." Stevens calls Carlson a "white Christian nationalist" and says the ad is "an insult to the congregation" that will host them on Sunday. Stevens is taking fire from inside her own party for the statement. State Sen. Mallory McMorrow, who dropped out of the primary in July and has been campaigning for El-Sayed, went on CNN Friday afternoon and said she has "no idea what the hell Haley Stevens is doing."

Tel Aviv deputy mayor Asaf Zamir here tries to explain to his fellow left-wing Israelis that the time has come to stop bashing their heads against the wall in frustration that their tribe is, and never again will be, the majority. You can hear the frustration in his voice as he implicitly upbraids his elders, Yair Golan, Ehud Barak, Lapid and the rest, for decades of personality-driven politics, insane stubbornness in refusing to accept the new reality, that all but forced the moderate right to govern with the far-right and the ultra-Orthodox. The generation of Israeli left leaders who remember the 1970s refused to let go, refused to acknowledge that the Jewish politicians were now split 60-30-10 on a right-center-left basis. Some turned their frustration at this demographic reality into obsessions with Netanyahu since they could hardly rage against their own electorate! Individuals like Lieberman and Ehud Barak did it the other way round, and took their frustration at Netanyahu and dressed that personal grudge as a moral crusade. But Netanyahu is not immortal, and the population keeps shifting against them. The Israeli left went from total domination to just eight seats at this election. Only Yair Golan’s “Democrats” are true leftists; the rest of Eisenkot’s bloc are centrists of various shades. The failure of leftists who grew up in a different era to recognize that their hold on power was not a birthright, and the failure of their overtures towards peace with the Arabs, not to mention the success of the right in making peace, in the form of the Abraham Accords, have arrived at the end of the road. It’s time for them to decide: do they really think they can ignore the views of the 60% of their fellow Israeli Jews who voted for Netanyahu’s bloc by allying with people who support Jihad? Or will they finally grow up, recognize reality, and start working towards change and moderation?

Major political parties with antisemitism as a cornerstone of their platforms & identities have been a fact of life in Europe for more than 140 years. We've never had that in America... until now. Unless el Sayed is defeated on Tuesday, the Democrats will become that party & never turn back.

Does Margaret actually believe that six members of my family serving NH at the local, state and federal level is an effort to confuse? (We call it public service). I think what voters are actually confused about is whether Margaret Brennan works for CBS News or as spokeswoman for the Democratic Party. Lazy, dumb AND biased - all at once!
Fox is reporting that CBS's Face the Nation host Margaret Brennan was one of those objecting to pursuing the Peltola scandal. Brennan allegedly compared a decoy candidate to voters being confused by different Sununu brothers who have run for office... foxnews.com/media/bari-weiss…

A three star general sitting in a diner in Arlington with notes he took from a classified report, reading them out loud to a reporter who was writing a book… think about that for a second. According to the internal investigation report Axios got its hands on, Lt. Gen. Brett Sylvia, the man running strategy, plans and policy for the Joint Chiefs, admitted to leaking classified information on Iran and Ukraine to two reporters at two different outlets over about a year, and a U.S. official says he acknowledged it on video after he failed four polygraphs. It started as early as June 2025, it ran through Signal, and when one of those reporters lost Pentagon access he just moved the meeting to the Silver Diner. Then there is the Signal thread about Iran that he says he deleted by accident… investigators don't buy that and neither do I. Now keep in mind the part the press is skipping. When Hegseth fired him, the Joint Staff put out a statement thanking him for 32 years of distinguished service, and according to a U.S. official it was acting Army Secretary Adam Telle's office pushing for that warm send off to limit the fallout. They pulled it once the full picture came out. So who exactly were they protecting, and why was the first instinct to polish the general instead of protecting the country he swore an oath to? Here is the reality. This is what institutional rot looks like up close, a man with stars on his shoulders who decided the press was his chain of command, and the report even says he admitted being one of the 20 officials quoted in a story trashing Pentagon leadership. Rank was supposed to mean something. Honor was supposed to mean something. He traded both for a few pages in somebody else's book. How many more of them are still sitting in that building? You already know the answer. DOJ has the referral. Charge him.
🚨 HOLY CRAP! The Pentagon's Lt. Gen. Brett Sylvia — who was just fired by SecWar Pete Hegseth — has ADMITTED to leaking classified Iran and Ukraine intelligence to *two reporters* at two different outlets, according to an internal investigation report obtained by Axios AND SO THERE IT IS. Hegseth and Trump are PURGING the leakers! Now, PROSECUTE. He allegedly met one reporter at a Silver Diner in Arlington and read off notes from a classified report on U.S. aid to Ukraine ‼️ Officials also suspect he deliberately wiped a Signal thread with another reporter about Iran. Sylvia, the Joint Staff's top military planner, reportedly confessed on video after FAILING four polygraph tests The Pentagon has referred the case to the DOJ for possible prosecution. The media fearmongered when Hegseth started cleaning house, and now we know why he did it! @PeteHegseth did the right thing here. We don't want these people near our national security.
