Chantelle was a contributor for @PipelineArtists, one of our Symposium hosts, and hosted a few of our podcasts when we first launched Pipeline Artists. I considered her integral to those early years in terms of her advice and support.
She was also a wonderful friend of the Pipeline team (and someone I and @jeannevb could turn to whenever we had a random publishing industry Q, which she was always gracious--and quick!--to answer).
Was shaken when I heard this news, and all I can say is don't wait... For anything.

I repeat it all the time because it did for me exactly what it did for Jake.
It focuses you on what's important, and having that priority allows for discoveries and choices.
For me, one of the key things I've really clicked with was a note by @storyandplot that basically asks "What is the most important relationship in your story?". Once I answer that, I start making a lot of discoveries.
