Poor experience with @shawacademy. Couldn’t cancel my subscription in the app. Had to call a hotline. Was told my student number was invalid. @PayPalAU saved the day. Quick email to support, they cancelled my subscription in less than 5 mins

Having to file emails into folders in Outlook just so I can find them later feels hopelessly backward. I’m used to Gmail, where I didn’t file anything and could find any email near-instantly. The search function in Outlook is rubbish.
The AirPod Pro’s noise cancelling is absolutely ah-mazing for blocking out the hubbub of an open plan office.
Almost a year late to the party, but the noise cancelling on the AirPods Pro is pretty good! Switching from NC to transparency mode is seamless. Hopefully mine don’t suffer from the widely reported QC issues!
Updated my iPad Pro to the iPadOS 14 beta. The new Scribble feature is boss! I use the Apple Pencil a lot to write notes, but this feature takes it to the next level. No bugs encountered yet, fingers crossed!
I’m on the phone a lot more now with my new(ish) job, so decided to splurge on new AirPods Pro. Did I really need them? No. Is that relevant to the purchase? Not really. Yay for dangly bits.
