We met @microagi as five engineers in an Aachen lab, building Europe's data & deployment layer for robotics. Six months after launch, they’ve crossed $100M ARR. One of the fastest-growing businesses ever. Congrats to @bercankilic, @YoanIlievX & co. Early is a state of mind.

As we gear up to ship @rokkhq in a few weeks, a special shout-out to our phenomenal investor group. We're fortunate to be backed by a rare breed of people that share the same ambition, long term thinking and genuine care about other humans and the society we build. Saul Klein @cape and Ziv Reichert @zivreichert at @localglobevc who saw the potential of what we're trying to do quicker than anyone else, and have been incredible partners so far. One of the very few investors in the world that actually 'back contrarian ideas' and 'move fast' despite so many others claiming to do it. And as some of you already know, with @phxcrt, they are doing some great things for local communities and charitable giving, so we're very mission-aligned. Greta Anderson, Colin Hanna, @robbmof and all the other partners at @balderton whom I've worked with closely for over a decade through their investment in our previous company @lunoglobal, and who were absolutely pivotal to that success. Their results speak for themselves but as most founders in their portfolio will likely attest, they are some of the most pleasant and human-centric people to work with, and I'm grateful to have them once again join on this journey. We also have a small group of hand-picked individuals that complete our investor group: @mhudack that was one of the first believers in what we do, Harpreet Singh Rai whom I met in Tokyo before he ran @ouraring and I co-founded @lunoglobal (long story!), @dlawee ex CapitalG and @google whom I met and learned an incredibly amount from through our previous exit to DCG, @cbryar ex @amazon who helped with critical scaling advise in the early days of Luno, @simonbeckerman of @depop and DELLI who I randomly met on a plane and shares an uncannily deep understanding of what we're trying to create, and of course long time confidant Michael Kent @azimomike . While it's still early days for us, what I can already say with very high confidence is that the ideas that are most important for our time - in our case helping people live more meaningful lives - naturally attract the highest quality people, and this early investor group is a testament of this - an 'idea whose time has come' already in motion.

We backed @MistralAI's seed round in 2023, when European frontier AI was just a bet. Today, they stand alone as the full AI stack for European industry, helping solve its hardest problems. Congratulations to the team on their €3BN Series D, backed by our late stage fund Solar.

There is much misunderstanding about the UK’s tech potential. Read Saul Klein below to understand that the new jobs and biggest potential come from the application of tech to existing markets by pioneering young companies, as much if not more than from foundational tech articape.substack.com/p/noth…

Replying to @meetgranola
@meetgranola asked us to put them on an Apple Watch. Only problem: it didn't exist yet. A product reveal for something that hadn't been built yet? Luckily that's exactly what we do at Wonder. Thank you team Granola @JackCully for trusting us on this one!
The best wearable is... the one you're already wearing. Excited to announce Granola for Apple Watch. Launching today⌚️
