I'm deeply upset that my 17-year old daughter relied on such an unethical company, which not only charged an outrageous rate but also showed no genuine accountability or remorse. @OmegaLocksmiths

My child was in no position to challenge the situation or refuse service, given the imbalance of power and without a parent present. When I called the manager to complain, I was offered a dismissive 10% refund.

Why has @AirCanada told me their supervisors don’t take calls? My issue is now an angry complaint. I asked for a supervisor..I’m told to email.. email tells me to call. I want to speak to someone in authority, but no means to do so. Sending me around in circles is so insulting!
