I realise these videos are aimed at the public sector and MPs, but for what it's worth: The specific criticism is about data portability. The charge is that while Palantir will allow a customer to take their data and “walk away”, that data is in a Palantir format, really only suited to Palantir systems and difficult for other systems to interpret. That’s what I’ve been told by engineers I’ve talked to.

Tried to book a flight on @Trip. The outbound flight was processed (@British_Airways then took £234.04 from my acccount) but without booking the return flight!
Very quickly some guy tried to scam me on email and WhatsApp claiming to be BA customer services. Everyone put this number on your spam / scammer list +447460615160
