Love seeing this. @johnkarp is the most epic of humans and stoked to support everything he's doing with NFC. Putting events on are expensive and heaps of work on the back end, and people like John should be supported by all of us.
I minted a wall NFT to support and definitely will be firing up this super rad arcade game.
Games are such a perfect surface area to interact with IP and have fun with your friends, and it's dope that you can do it all in Studio.
FIRING UP THE CLANKERS RN 💎🤙
It’s game time 🎮
@johnkarp built an arcade for NFC Lisbon. We’re helping bring it to life with SuperRare Studio.
NFC has supported artists for years, and we’re excited to support what they’re building next.
Play the arcade 🧵

4 months ago SuperRare Studio was just an idea.
Today I'm excited to announce the NFC Arcade, built on top of Studio 🕹️
Games are one of the most transformative art forms of the last 40 years. Now, with AI and agents, it means anyone can build any interactive experience they can imagine, and with Studio artists can turn inspiration into games and collecting experiences.
We've already tons of artists experimenting. With studio and our SDK and CLI you can prompt your way to a mint site, a portfolio, and now a game.
What used to take a whole team and a year, one artist can ship today.
What streaming did to content, AI will do to games. And just like visual art, games can hold up a mirror to society, ask hard questions, and document our history.
The arcade is open. Get after it.

Artists of the wall: you make 1/1s, you make editions. From today you can make arcade games, and get paid every time someone plays.
We built it with @SuperRare so it takes a few clicks. It's an experiment. Who knows where it goes.
