Huge win for U.S. #smallbusinesses! #NFIB thanks @USTreasury @SecScottBessent and @POTUS for freeing millions of law-abiding U.S. #smallbusinesses from the national Beneficial Ownership registry, protecting their privacy and securing billions in small business regulatory relief. Now, Congress needs to repeal the invasive mandate altogether or make the administration’s final BOI rule law!
Today, @FinCENnews issued a final rule that permanently removes the requirement for U.S. companies and U.S. persons to report beneficial ownership information. FinCEN today also announced that it will delete previously reported information by U.S. persons from the beneficial ownership information database.

NEW DATA: The July Jobs survey data suggests hiring plans are being made. The Small Business Employment Index rose after four consecutive months of decline, registering 102.1 in July after measuring 100.2 in June.
