Your vote doesn't only get stolen at the collation center. It starts the moment nobody's watching your polling unit.
This Friday, we're getting into it: Vote Buying, Ballot Box Snatching/Stuffing, Voter Intimidation, and eventually what happens to your votes after it leaves the polling unit.

The Director of ICT wants us to believe that the safeguards built into BVAS will make it impossible for AI-generated voters to be accredited.
The same safeguards they couldn’t implement during voter registration itself?
How can Nigerians trust this commission?
The only way @inecnigeria can begin to restore even an iota of public trust is to name and prosecute the officers responsible and ensure the register is subjected to proper independent scrutiny.
A NEW NIGERIA IS POSSIBLE, BUT WE MUST FIRST PROTECT THE INTEGRITY OF THE VOTE.

OUR ELECTORAL SYSTEM MUST BE TRANSPARENT, AUDITABLE AND VERIFIABLE.
INEC must demonstrate, through credible evidence and independent scrutiny, that Nigeria's electoral infrastructure is adequately protected against both conventional and emerging digital threats.
The integrity of the 2027 general elections must be protected before, during and after voting.
OUR VOTES MUST COUNT.
OUR IDENTITIES MUST BE PROTECTED.
OUR FINAL POSITION
Nigeria cannot afford an electoral system in which the identity of the voter is questionable, the integrity of digital records cannot be independently examined, or legitimate concerns remain unanswered.
Citizens must be able to verify their registration details, report suspected irregularities through lawful channels and demand accountability from institutions entrusted with protecting the electoral process.
Our message is straightforward:
A credible election begins with a credible voters' register, continues with transparent accreditation and voting, and must end with independently verifiable results.

The objective must not be to create public panic or undermine confidence without

ASIF therefore calls on the National Assembly, relevant security agencies, professional

2. INVESTIGATION OF SUSPICIOUS VOTER IDENTITIES
Every flagged record must undergo lawful verification, with appropriate safeguards to ensure that genuine eligible voters are not wrongly disenfranchised.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) should commission a comprehensive, independent forensic examination of the national voters' register to identify potentially duplicated, fabricated, inconsistent or unverifiable records.
