LIU unsurprisingly at the top.
I simulated the season 10,000 times to determine the best-case and worst-case outcomes for all 365 CBB teams, using the preseason uncertainty estimates specific to each team.
You can find the results for every single conference here:

Just wrapped up a fantastic conversation with @Zack_Helsley, HC at Mercyhurst Flag. It's really exciting seeing how WFLAG is exploding in the region and we'll be watching the Lakers all season.

Stonehill takes down LIU, and CCSU stands alone with their own games against LIU and Duquesne still ahead of them.
Duquesne isn't in a "win out and they're in" situation in the NEC, but they came roaring back in the 4th and may have just gotten some of the help they needed.

Colclough makes the 4th down catch and Wagner maintains possession. Clock is still moving as Wagner keeps moving the ball up field but without an explosive play to help them along.
Wheels are starting to come off for Wagner at this point. Punt team begins to come on but Newman waves them off. Duquesne takes a time out.
If that goal line fumble doesn't happen for Wagner- if Kamau keeps his balance on the play just before it- wow. Seasons really do balance on the edge. This could have been a very different game but for one play.
On the third handoff, Ness Davis runs it in and suddenly he's one of the RBs of the week. TD, Dukes, and this is probably elementary at this point as the Dukes explode in the 4th quarter. 38-21 Dukes with 6:41 to go.
