It was a pleasure to host you in Gibraltar @Lord_Bilimoria and to hear you speak so eloquently in @UKHouseofLords debate on the UK 🇬🇧 EU🇪🇺 Agreement on Gibraltar 🇬🇮
I was proud to be in Gibraltar as a member of the UK Parliamentary delegation for Gibraltar National Day on 10 September where I met Chief Minister @FabianPicardo , and this week I spoke in the House of Lords in the debate on the UK-EU treaty regarding Gibraltar, the crowning achievement of Fabian Picardo’s nearly 15 years in office.
The treaty is a model for the UK and should be the first step in rebuilding our relationship with Europe.

Great to speak with @beerandpub to hear about their latest research on the impact pubs and brewers have on generating growth in the UK.
The 36 pubs in Bromley and Biggin Hill employ over 800 people and generate more than £30 million in GVA. Keep supporting our local pubs!

Five years today since we lost my former boss and lovely, great, loyal and fun friend James Brokenshire. I miss him all the time and his excellent, principled example inspires me every day. I was lucky to know him.

Happy National Day, Gibraltar!
Today is a celebration that our grandparents voted for our freedom, that our parents defended it, and that our children will inherit it.
Because the Rock of Gibraltar belongs to no-one but the People of Gibraltar.

Middle Temple and its historic Hall have been at the centre of legal and cultural life in the UK since the 14th century. On Sunday 13 September, 12.00 - 16.00 you’ll be able to visit as part of the Open House Festival. Here’s why you might want to drop by.

Interesting regarding AI adoption - it is undeniable that the AI ‘revolution’ will have a huge impact on our economics (I mean, it already is….)

Little doubt that @JamesCleverly is a super strong Tory candidate for mayor. The second biggest directly elected office in Europe needs big hitters. And James is very much that.

I’ve known @JamesCleverly for 23 years.
I served alongside him on the London Assembly and in Parliament.
He is tailor made for this - he knows what he believes and why; he will fight for Londoners and focus on delivery.
He has my full support
London needs more than an administrator. It needs a champion, someone who understands its potential and is prepared to fight for its future.
That’s why I’m running to be the Conservative Candidate for London Mayor.

I’ve done what I could in @UKHouseofLords to bring an end to the scandal of IPP and DPP prisoners and I am delighted by the Government’s announcement today that there will be legislation to put this injustice behind us. I hope this will find cross-party support.
