This is the 5th "escalation" @bookingcom

Note this is a case that has been "escalated 4 times by now" I was twice on the phone and it has been 6 weeks where the only correspondence from booking was to check with the airline instead. (i did, they don't disclose details of payments made anyone else than me)

After 1h of explaining the same issue 3 times (being charged a rebooking fee for a cancelled flight) I'm ending up being 89 in queue with no count down. Then offered a near-instant ending of the chat, followed by request to wait 5 more min to check on the issue
