I spent 2015-2023 building self-driving cars. It was so painful.
It's now 2026, and we tasked just 1 researcher to take Odyssey-3, our latest world model, and teach it to drive the roads of India with just 20 hours of driving data.
And…it works! This is insane.

today, we introduce a little mischief to the world.
for four years, we’ve been brewing real brain cells on electrodes to understand how they compute. now, we’ve turned those discoveries into a video model anyone can use.
from 0.5¢ a second, mischief 1 is at least 5x faster than its base and the cheapest image-to-video model on @fal and @OpenRouter. soon to be on @awscloud marketplace.
it’s not a delusion anymore. biocompute is real, commercial and this is just the beginning.

I wanted to create an art gallery featuring ITIA’s artwork in @odysseyml , but the model kept adding its own paintings. I was close to giving up when the artwork itself caught my attention.
Apart from a few ITIA pieces in the reference image, all the other paintings were created by Odyssey’s AI, and some of them are genuinely amazing.

Tried this one with a more detailed Spirited Away inspired world in @odysseyml's simulation. Still a lot to work on, but you can definitely feel the vibe.

I made this short video with just one simple prompt and a single reference image from the anime. You get to explore a small part of its world as Chihiro.
It’s a small world, but somehow it brought back the feeling of one of my favorite anime.
