On @ProductHunt's 13th birthday (Nov 6), I'm sitting down with @rrhoover to talk about how Product Hunt almost died.
Ryan started Product Hunt as a simple email list, took it through Y Combinator, and sold it to AngelList.
Today, he's a General Partner at Weekend Fund (@weekendfund), which has backed companies like @deel, @moonpay, and @function.
We'll get into the early growth, the hardest stretch of his career, and what other founders can learn from nearly losing the company they built.
Join us on November 6 at Outliers Summit.

IFTTT, but for the folders on your Mac.
AutoShelf by @nucro watches a folder and runs your rules on whatever lands in it. If it's a .heic, convert it to JPEG. If it's a PDF from Gmail, rename it and file it by month.
Why we like it: your files sort, clean, and name themselves
Put your folders on autopilot

Most of the time AI agents need someone to manually prompt them to get started.
With webhooks on @triggerdotdev, you can trigger and resume agents off of real events:
• GitHub PR opened → agent reviews diff & writes tests
• Sentry error spikes → agent diagnoses & drafts a fix
• Stripe refund requested → agent flags it & waits for Slack approval
No need to manually tell the agent what to do!
Build your triggers

One typo in an AI image shouldn't mean re-rolling the whole thing.
@surgepix_AI makes posters, slides and images, then splits the text into editable layers, so you fix the copy and keep the art.
Why we like it: it's agent-callable, so your agent drafts it, you tweak layers.
Edit every layer
