Overwatch is the only game where you can shoot a tank with 50 bullets with near 100% accuracy while they aren't even getting burst healed, they live, then they 2 tap you with 0 mechanical effort, AND people will say I got "outplayed" LOL

no, i think hitscan heroes in overwatch get too much value for what it takes to play them especially when you compare them to dive DPS heroes who are not only more mechanically intensive but require infinitely more risk and game sense
