North Carolina needs reliable infrastructure funding to meet the evolving demands of a growing state. Our urban and rural communities face different challenges that require solutions tailored to their unique circumstances. Congress needs to pass the BUILD America 250 Act to provide North Carolina with the funding certainty necessary to address its transportation priorities.

Today, I joined @SecMullinDHS and Chairman Lowery of the Lumbee Tribe to reaffirm our commitment to strengthening federal, tribal, and local partnerships. Together, we can improve emergency response efforts and enhance public safety across southeastern North Carolina.

HAPPENING NOW: I’m proud to stand alongside @SecMullinDHS and @LumbeeTribeofNC to strengthen our federal partnership, protect the homeland, and build resilience across the Lumbee community. Watch live ⬇️: DHS.gov/live
