ecommerce companies in November not using replo
1/ @grunsdaily is famous for ad <-> landing page congruency, with one LP for every ad. I ran the data and literally 0.1% of brands actually do this. details below

You don't even need an apify ads scraper - you can do this for free with @replohq. Ask claude "using replo, show me my competitor's ads"
your biggest rival already A/B tested their landing page. with their money.
you can see the results for free but most people only look at half of it.
the ad library shows what's running. it DOES NOT show why it works.
the why is on the page the ad sends to. and the wayback machine has every version of it.
here's what to do:
1. pull the ads
scrape their meta ads with any @apify ad library scraper. you want start date, copy, and the landing URL for every ad.
2. keep the long runners
filter to 90+ days. 60 is too soft. a lot of ads still die after that. 90 day ads are the ones paying.
3. find the money angle
have claude group them by hook structure (not topic). the group with the most 90 day ads is the angle making them money.
4. map ads to pages
pull the landing URL for every long runner. one page usually serves a bunch of ads.
5. pull the history
run each URL through the wayback machine api.
store the timestamp + the above-the-fold content (H1, offer, price, guarantee, proof). one snapshot a month, last 12 months.
6. find the change
use claude or jev to compare month to month snapshots. look for the month the top of the page changed in a real way. then check the ad start dates. if the long runners started right after, that's your lead.
if the page changed and the ads died, that's not the move.
flag the month where the above the fold changed in a big way like a new headline angle, stronger offer, price shift, new guarantee, more visible social proof
7. test the move
build one page that makes the same structural change (offer, guarantee, headline angle) but you still use your own language/product positioning.
run it against a control as a new ad set (one URL per ad set so you dont reset learning).
track your tests with something like this:
money angle:
page change before the long runners:
month:
ads that started after:
my test: if we ___ on our page then CPA should drop
try it on one brand. you walk away with a test + takes just an afternoon.

dove deep into this to figure out how many of the top brands are doing this type of ad. I had @typesafeai Jev look at and categorize all ads for the top 680 brands on @replohq's industry landscape list
~67% of these brands have some ads with customer quotes, and of those brands, ~4-10% of the ads they're running have customer quotes
few examples that stood out (creatives attached)
- @MiamiFruit runs tons of testimonial ads, almost all jev found had some variant of this. drives to homepage at miamifruit.org/
- @huel highlights review excepts in several, drives directly to pdp at huel.com/products/huel-black…
- @grunsdaily has phone screenshot ads, drives to a landing page specific to travelers which matches the "on this trip" in the text, classic ad:lp congruency gruns.co/pages/gut-health-tr…
takeaway for me is there's a lot more optimization to be done on the landing pages, e.g. soursop ad could go to a landing page directly about sourspo, huel could go to a weightloss-specific lp
to do this on your own, ask your agent:
> using replo, look for all ads in [my industry] and pull examples of social proof/review quote ad formats, and put together a proposal for one for my brand
Went through IM8’s Meta ads this week.
276 statics running. Almost all polished product shots and offers, with that deep red packaging front and centre.
Not one looks like a phone screenshot, and none of the top 35 quote a customer.
I’d guess that’s fine for them. Beckham, Giannis and Sabalenka are doing the trust work lol
A brand without that pull has to do it in their ads, so these are what I’d try.
(mock concepts for IM8)
A shopper adds your bundle to cart and sees three separate products at three separate list prices. Checkout then charges something else entirely.
This is the kind of UI that quietly costs money. A shopper who sees prices move between cart and checkout does not email support. They just get confused, and maybe, close the tab.
We make sure that never happens on our pages. With us, your product bundle always shows in cart at exactly the price you actually charge during checkout.
Zero confusion, zero frustration.
That's the type of small quality of life update that keeps your shoppers' trust.
Doing any sort of funnel research used to mean scrolling through an ad library, clicking through many layers of competitor ads and landing pages, and rebuilding entire campaigns from scratch in your head.
With Sightglass, we can do all of that for you.
Access an entire library of competitor ads, landing pages, and full ad to landing funnels with about 176,000 ad creatives, plus close to 17,000 landing pages. And growing.
Get filtered breakdowns across any type of hook, format, funnel, offer, angle, or more. Check out ads or funnels graded by performance.
See brands, ads, or landing pages ranked by estimated weekly active ads, monthly sales, and monthly store visits.
Before, ads and offers had to live as individual creatives or elements in your research. Not anymore.

Here's the easiest way to go from pixel-perfect designs in Figma to a traffic-ready page: connect our Figma integration, paste a frame link, get the page.
AND we start with mobile frames first when available (where most ecommerce traffic lands) before building out desktop, meaning your store pages stay mobile-optimized.
Before, the same request of mobile to desktop builds meant redesigning by hand and waiting days, if not weeks.
now you can do all that without the hassle in a single pass. try it at dashboard.replo.app/
You pick the card that matches the job, follow the steps from end to end, and the prompt lands in chat so you can put in any further edits before it runs.
It's a small change, but the difference is real: the product feels more streamlined, and users can stop describing their work from scratch every time they want to complete something.
In August, a customer with an overdue invoice tried to update their card and got an error. Our support lead had the cause before anyone in engineering looked.
That worked because everyone at Replo has access to the same level of context as the next person. Our product code, every past investigation, our debugging playbook, and our help docs all live in one place, and every person (and agent) on the team reads from that same source.
By consolidating all our team knowledge, code, and tools in the same place, everyone starts with the same context as the next person. Which means 𝘸𝘦 get to move so much faster as a team.
@ezra_sf from our team wrote up a piece on how we got here, plus what broke and what worked along the way: replo.app/engineering/compan…
So the agent didn't start from zero. It read the customer's conversation, followed the same steps our engineers use, and traced the error to a billing lookup that skipped overdue accounts.
Engineering got a diagnosis and a fix ready for review. Twenty minutes later, it was live and verified in that customer's account.
The fix was fast because the know-how was already written down where the agent could find it.
Here's an issue with our Brand Studio that we've discovered from listening to our users: sometimes the best product experience is just having one good, opinionated, option.
In this case, picking a "primary" brand kit was a chore that many brands or agencies found it confusing, or unnecessary for their use case. And so, we cut it.
Now, one project has just one brand. Your colors, your fonts, your logo, and the documents that explain what you actually sell all live in one place.
Point us at your existing site and we'll pull the brand in and walk you through setup. Apply it and your entire site follows. Swap the source site later and the brand updates with it.
For a store, this is the gap between a landing page that looks like yours and one that looks like a template with your logo pasted on top. Anything we build for you afterwards reads from that same brand.
Top stores such as Graza now get to take advantage of our revamped brand studio magic. Check it out for yourself at dashboard.replo.app
