📣 We just raised our $45M Series B from @TCVTech and @firstharmonic, with participation from @BainCapVC, @firstround, and @AlkeonCapital.
Sales is the most expensive function in most companies — and one of the hardest. Hundreds of accounts, different context, different stakeholders, different dynamics, and a different path to close. No one can do that perfectly. Critical things get missed.
So we gave every account its own AI agent — working 24/7, maintaining full context, progressing it through the funnel, and guiding reps and leaders on what to do next.
The greatest privilege has been building alongside companies like @Samsara @tryramp @ironclad_inc and @attentiveHQ — enterprises with thousands of sellers who are already living in the future.
There are only two unbounded upside problems out there: building and selling. Every company sells. and @useactively is building the system they'll all run on. We’re excited to pull every revenue team into the future we know is inevitable.

Most people chase goals.
The best builders chase principles.
@FoundersPodcast conversation with @patrick_oshag completely reframed how to think about success, work, and a meaningful life.
Here are the ideas I cannot stop thinking about:
1/ The most exciting thing in the world is finding talent before it is obvious. Learning before others do. Being at the frontier of people, not just ideas.
2/ Real fulfillment does not come from your own wins. It comes from watching people you believed in succeed and knowing you helped make it happen.
3/ Most people misunderstand motivation. Money, fame, and power work, but they are dirty fuel. They scale output while quietly consuming the person.
4/ The cleanest fuel is service. Helping others win creates energy instead of draining it. You do not burn out when the work itself gives you life.
5/ Goals narrow your field of vision. Principles expand it. When you chase a goal, you put on blinders. When you follow a principle, opportunity can come from anywhere.
6/ A great life is guided by a principle you feel obligated to act on when you see it violated. Not because it benefits you, but because it must be corrected.
7/ The best organizing principle is not “help everyone.” It is seeing unrealized potential and feeling responsible for helping it exist in the world.
8/ People avoid their most alive path for one reason. Fear. Original paths are uncomfortable because there is no map and no permission.
9/ The best stories all share three traits. Originality. Hardship. Transformation. If your path avoids hardship, it probably avoids meaning too.
10/ Relationships run the world. Fewer and deeper beats wider and shallower every time. Depth compounds. Surface area does not.
11/ The reward for great work is more work. Not money. Not status. The privilege to keep doing the thing you love.
12/ Leadership is simple. A great leader is someone other people want to follow. That only happens with consistency, trust, and relentless communication.
13/ If you want opportunity, leave breadcrumbs. Make one thing so good that people cannot ignore it. The internet will do the rest.
14/ There is always room for great. There is just no room for mediocre copies.
15/ The most dangerous trap is mistaking success for alignment. Many people get what they want and then discover it was not what they needed.
16/ The ultimate success is not scale. It is impact that ripples across generations. One decision today can shape lives you will never meet.
17/ The kindest acts are rarely dramatic. They are simple moments where someone bet on you before you deserved it.
18/ A life’s work is a lifelong quest to build something for others that expresses who you are. When those align, burnout disappears.
19/ The question worth asking is not “What do I want to achieve?” but “What makes me feel most alive, and why am I not doing more of it?”
20/ Most people already know the answer. They are just afraid to listen.

“What’s the kindest thing anyone’s ever done for you?”
It’s always @patrick_oshag’s final question.
Here are 4 of the most powerful answers we've heard.
From strangers who intervened at life-or-death moments to simple acts that changed someone's course.
Vince Rozman is incredible.
He’s also a hidden gem because he deflects credit so graciously.
He’s *great*
-with people
-at evaluating talent
-at systems
-as a communicator
The Thunder made a brilliant hire. At some point soon someone really smart is going to hand him the keys.
