Bang on. It's as if the struggle and public outcry against the hotelisation of Dublin never happened.
As long-time vacant land it could've been used as temporary event/market space by now too.
D8 (and its businesses) needs more locals. Build communities, not hotels.
Our city is crying out for good quality homes.
The Liberties doesn't need another aparthotel.
This planning application should be refused by @DubCityCouncil.
