Another disgusting anti-Israel unfunny "joke" from Jew-hater Michael Che falsely accusing Jews of "genocide!" on last night's @SNLUpdate @snl. At 2:08 into the video. So bad that @ColinJost's jaw dropped in shock. "This week, a record number of people voted in Israel's election which is great to see regardless of if you're on the right side or the left side or the genocide." Total POS and even worse is his kapo boss Lorne Michaels

For a people known for our high level of education and intelligence, this election system is retarded.
Israelis head to the polls on Tuesday. Here's what happens after the vote: ➡️ Israelis vote for parties, not directly for prime minister. The Knesset has 120 seats, so a governing coalition needs the support of at least 61 members. ➡️ Once the official results are in, President Herzog consults with the elected parties to determine who has the best chance of forming a government. ➡️ The president gives one member of the Knesset the mandate to form a government. This isn't necessarily the leader of the party that won the most seats - it's the person he thinks has the best chance of forming a government with at least 61 seats. ➡️ That person has 28 days to negotiate a coalition, with a possible 14-day extension. Expect intense negotiations over cabinet positions, policy priorities, and coalition agreements. ➡️ If they fail, the president can give another Knesset member 28 days to try. If that fails, there is a final opportunity for 61 lawmakers to agree on a candidate. ➡️ Once a government is assembled, it must win a confidence vote in the Knesset before taking office. And if nobody can form a government? Israelis go back to the polls. In other words, who actually governs Israel may take weeks, or even months, to resolve.

.@foursquare is so OG NYC consumer tech that they had a BlackBerry app.

Before NYC became a global tech hub, there was a generation of founders who believed you could build great consumer technology companies outside Silicon Valley. @Foursquare helped put NYC consumer tech on the map and inspired a generation of founders who followed. The financial outcome will never capture its impact. @dens & @naveen walked so New York tech could run.
Foursquare was acquired last month. The outcome was disappointing. It's taken me a while to write this, but I think I'm finally done grieving it. Here are some thoughts on our final years, an effort to honor the team who helped build & maintain FSQ's legacy, and my attempt to finally get some closure. teendrama.substack.com/p/som…

"Do NOT let your daughter listen to her..." @MegynKelly plays the most filthy clip she's ever aired on the show, of "Call Her Daddy" host Alex Cooper cheering on a group s*x story that sounds VERY similar to the Cornell Jane Doe incident. Download: podcasts.apple.com/us/podcas…

“About two years ago, I started dating someone. A few days in, she laid out a verbal agreement: a certain number of days each year, she would be with another partner. We agreed on the days together in advance, and on those days I would need to let her be with him. She loves him very much. Honestly, I'd heard about him a few times, and we had even met in the past. Even before I knew we'd be together under this agreement, I understood her completely. You can't give up on a guy like that, he's the best there is. Salt of the earth. On each of those days she goes to him, sits and talks with him, shares her life with him: her work, her successes and her struggles, and also our relationship. They can sit for hours, talking about the future and the past, about everything they did together and everything she still wants to become. And me? Well, I usually wait at home. I give her that; it's part of the agreement. Most of the time she's with me, and when she's with me, she's with me one hundred percent. Every now and then, when we're together, I ask about him: about his career, about their relationship, what there is to learn from him, and how we're different. Over these years, I've discovered that it doesn't bother me. I love her, and she loves both of us. It all happens together, completely. One doesn't overshadow the other. But sometimes I wonder what would have happened if he hadn't been killed. We never would have met. And I wonder whether I'm her blessing, but also part of her curse. Am I doing something wrong, or am I part of the healing? And this too all lives together, and that's okay. When we started dating, I told her that in this world, we're in it until the end. And when we go to the next world, I release her to go back to him and pick up where they left off. And I love her, I love her very much. I love him too. In memory of Major Benji Trakinsky, who fell in the battle to defend Kibbutz Be'eri on October 7 💔” -Nevo Dan, translated from Hebrew.
