a fascinating thing about @jackbutcher art is that a huge section of his collectors are big gamers Ex. playing past games such as Runescape, World of Warcraft, Starcraft, etc. where you collect and evolve resources similarly to his artwork mecahnics his recent $BALANCE ->gold bars update reminded me of The Oregon Trail game which I loved playing growing up! BTC currently sideways between 80-87k range for past 5 weeks. QQQ(AI ETF stock leader) still on downtrend the past 2.5 weeks with some mini bounces in a few AI stocks. Most bigger traders have already de-risked hugely into stable coins and blue chips. While playing some PvE runners with smaller size until any potential big liquidity injection/airdrop events. Lots of uncertainy/fears including USA midterm elections incoming Nov 3 next week, Anthropic IPO raise in Nov, PHP/Railway hacks in the next few days, Iran + Ukraine war news, etc. Probably more choppiness until post midterm elections and potential next leg up ~mid Nov-early Dec if get liquidity injection airdrop events after (ex. cambria, variational, jumper TGE's). == TLDR Strategy: Leaning towards stable coining up big chunk of portfolio, scooping up decent amount of undervalued blue chips, and playing some clear PvE TGE opportunities during this choppiness. interesting details by a survey on what made most AI start ups fail while a few succeed: 1. Pivoting too little/slowly: so trying to force a product that the market doesn't want 2. Spending too much resources: so doing the traditional big team route 3. Competitors swooping in: so other folks shipping faster after identifying a demand in the market === This means to succeed, need to invert that: 1. Pivot Fast: when a product clearly isn't in demand by metrics tracked weekly/monthly, shift to something else your community wants. 2. Stay Lean with Team: only keep superstars in various specialties(ex. dev, community, marketing, business dev, creatives, economics, etc.) that can build their own AI agent swarm to scale up. 3. seeing folks more confused on what to do during these choppy market conditions so sharing some things y'all can do: 1. lock in on fitness again: exercise, nutrition, sleep, mental health, etc. prob took a hit in some areas the past few months of the mini bull market so can double down on it until the next big leg up. Can set a fun training or event goal (ex. race). 2. cultivate AI expertise: integrate claude, chatgpt, grokbot, muse, etc. into your daily life to automate manual tasks, help cultivate creative brainstorming sessions, etc. Try to ship 1 product weekly that can help you and others. 3. branch out with brand building: experiment across X, youtube, tiktok, twitch, fomo, pump fun, opensea, reddit, email, instagram, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc. Try doing ~3-5x posts on a new platform weekly to see how it goes. 4. do something creative non crypto related: learn any new skills or hobbies you've been putting off such as a new class, sport, language, art craft, etc. Can do just 10-15+ min daily. === build your potential/base while stretching out your time horizons on crypto related plays to best cook
