The Foundation burned its entire allocation plus a large part of founder and team allocations.
What remains: investor vesting, small team reserve, active staking rewards, and freely circulating tokens.

You don't need to write a smart contract to set up vesting on Solana, but you need to think about permissions before you deploy.
Cancellation, ownership transfer, top-ups, none of it can be changed after the contract goes live.
