If ever someone deserved something it’s Harry Kane. Someone that’s only got to where he is - the best player in the world - through sheer grit, determination plus hard work
“Work hard in silence. Let success be your noise.”
If ever there is a role model out there for youngsters today then it’s this man

She thought greyhound racing was cruel.
Until she saw it with her own eyes.
Listen to her story, in her own words 👇🏻

Yesterday marked an incredible milestone for @PCSLEGAL — 20 years in business! 🥂
From where we started to where we are today, it’s been quite a journey. We couldn’t have done it without our amazing team, loyal clients, business partners and everyone who has supported us along the way.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has been part of the last 20 years. ❤️
20 years down… and we’re only getting started! 🚀

Best fish following a recent trip at 39lb on the nose. Get on the @steamiesboilies TNT as there is no better bait out there
If your looking for new bait highly recommend you drop them a line

The Government has today announced plans to introduce mandatory licensing for Estate Agents
The proposals form part of wider reforms aimed at improving transparency and protection for homeowners.
For estate agents, letting agents, managing agents and everyone working alongside them regulation is coming – is the property industry ready?

The Government has announced plans for a new “Your First Home” scheme, designed to make buying a new-build property more achievable.
Under the proposals, eligible first-time buyers could purchase with just a 2.5% deposit, supported by a 20% Government-backed equity loan, with an initial interest-free period.
The scheme will apply to qualifying new-build homes in England, with full details expected to be confirmed at the Budget next month.
At last something to hopefully kickstart the new build market

I am so so so so so proud of this girl - a cat 1 winner in her first litter. Her daughter winning the produce stakes. She has literally been the best mum
Well done to everyone in the @AeroGreyhounds kennel and well done to owners @RichardPar90691 and thanks for trusting us with both Tess and Penny
Looking forward to her next litters

Wonder Andy Burnham's thoughts on the housing market, building more homes reportedly at the top of the agenda. Also curious to see whether we’ll finally see meaningful reform of the conveyancing process and, of course, stamp duty.
Talking of Stamp duty, I didn’t see coming, Angela Rayner being the new housing minister 😬
So pleased @AeroGreyhounds have more puppies!!! March on Freddie x Droopys Tess. Lots to look forward to @RichieTaberner @RichardPar90691 @GWSyndicate7
