For me, it’s extremely simple. If I’m having fun, I will log in and play. If I spend 200 hours leveling and 200 hours at end game, if I literally never log in and play again I’d still say it was fun / successful.
I’ve been pretty addicted to WOOF so far, and I’m enjoying it.
As somebody who didn’t enjoy Classic in 2019, I’ve been enjoying Forever a ton. While I don’t think the beginning is that much different than Vanilla, I think I appreciate Classic more for what it is and have gone in with a much different mindset. That’s allowed me to enjoy it.

Long day but great day today!
A few things to catch folks up on:
1. Transports - we had some issues with the service that manages transports like boats and zeppelins. As a temp fix we spawned some portals to get us through the night. We’ll have a proper fix in the morning and the portals will be removed.
2. Layer populations - we are aware some zones feel more empty than they should. Tomorrow we’ll be tweaking some numbers to make things feel more lively. Sit tight!
Thanks for everyone making this a great, super smooth launch! I’m going to head home and “go to sleep” now. Yep, sleeping. Totally not playing WoW Forever until 3am. Nope.
Maybe the layering has been a bit aggressive in the world / capital cities, but this launch is the smoothest launch I’ve ever been a part of. I was expecting something similar to Classic 2019 or even recent retail launches, but this has been fantastic.

Life Update: Been a bit MIA on YouTube and Twitch. I moved, and I’ll have all my stuff again later this week. I’ve been prepping WOWF stuff and been working on my Zero to Hero script (33 pages, hopefully it doesn’t exceed 50).

Made a video where I talked about exactly this trend. I worry that if you played season 1 that you’ve already seen everything season 2 had to offer. From that point it’s like, “why play?” I really want some large, exciting shakeups.
I think the status quo has been tough.
