#CXOConnect | Investors Or Customers? Rajesh Jain Explains The Startup Mistake founders Make
Netcore Founder and Group MD Rajesh Jain has a simple test for entrepreneurs: eventually, a business must be able to sustain itself through customers and profits rather than depending indefinitely on investors. Speaking on CXO CONNECT with Prasad Sanyal, Jain draws on his experience building ventures without external capital to argue that too many entrepreneurs begin by thinking about fundraising rather than their route to profitability. His warning to founders is stark: if a venture still cannot make money after ten years, there may be something “seriously and fundamentally wrong” with its business model.
