I uploaded the exact same video to two different channels and the results were so extreme it should piss most of you off. Same video. Same thumbnail. Same title. Same description. Same tags. Everything identical. One channel is sitting at 49 views after 16 days. The other one just crossed 857,000. The only difference was the channel itself. One was completely fresh. Brand new Gmail. Brand new channel. Zero history. Zero previous performance data. The other one had already been impression tested. It had a past. It had already shown the algorithm what kind of results it usually gets. That’s the entire game most people refuse to understand. YouTube does not just look at the video. It looks at the container the video is sitting in. A fresh channel has no baggage. No low CTR history. No high bounce rate memory. No “this channel usually underperforms” signal floating around in the system. It gets a clean test. If the video holds attention, it gets pushed hard. An impression-tested channel already has a reputation. Even if you delete the old videos, the system still remembers how that channel used to behave. So when you upload the exact same piece of content, it starts with suppressed distribution. The video never even gets a real chance to prove itself. This is why so many of you are uploading solid videos and still getting 40-70 views. You’re not failing because the content is weak. You’re failing because you’re putting good content on a channel that already has a damaged reputation with the algorithm. The system doesn’t care about your effort or your feelings. It just reads patterns at scale. If your channel has been used as a dumping ground for mediocre tests, that history is now actively working against every new upload. Sometimes the smartest move is not trying to “revive” the old channel. Sometimes the fastest path is just starting clean. New Gmail. New channel. Same content that already proved it can perform. Let it get a fair test for once. I’ve watched this exact situation play out too many times to keep ignoring it. Same video. Two completely different outcomes.

Like a lot of other VTubers, I struggled SO much with finding my way when it came to social media. I never knew what to post, how to post it, how to edit things, or honestly just where to even start with everything 😭 There were definitely times where I felt really lost and discouraged, especially when I didn’t know how to turn my dreams into something real. I’m really thankful that I found @VoxMgmt along the way. They’ve helped me so much with figuring things out and actually gave me the confidence to keep going. With their help, I was able to become a YouTube Partner in less than a month and steadily grow my CCV over on Twitch, which is still kinda crazy to me 🥹 I honestly don’t think I’d be where I am right now without the support and guidance they’ve given me, so I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. 🩷 I’ve worked really hard to get here, but having people who believe in you and help you along the way makes such a huge difference. ITS OFFICIAL. I've surpassed my followers on Twitch with my YouTube channel! I started taking my YT seriously with @VoxMgmt late December of last year. I started with 2k subscribers and here I am not even a year later with 17k subscribers. Thank you so much Vox team!! I couldnt have done this without yall. 😭💙

Twitch is addressing Shared Chat/Viewership abuse by no longer showing Combined Views in Browse when you sort from High to Low. It will now show individual viewership.

(Large wall of text because I felt like spilling out my feelings a little bit.) I just want to say I appreciate all you. I found out that I am a huge inspiration to a few of my super close friends because I have been doing this for so long and I have yet to give up there's times where I think we all struggle in Atmosphere but I am so incredibly thankful for all the amazing friends I have made along this almost 7 year journey. I was very afraid when I started this because I DID NOT fit in (just like I didn't fit in my younger years) But all of you have made me feel so welcomed you created a second home for me and for that i am extremely thankful. Little back story for me When I first dip my toes into content creation I was a Young AF mother who had NO clue what she was doing. At first my content was just family vloging. I even started all the way in 2007 When my oldest who is now 24, was only 4 years old ❤️. I family vlog all way from 2007 to 2018. Then was a Goth Youtuber for 2 years (music , makeup , and lifestyle) Then I was introduced to twitch in 2019 and at first I wasn't sure what it was LOL I had no clue how to do anything EVEN as just a chatter. Then I learned from friends at the time how to get started as a streamer. I was very exciting because I thought no one would watch me I thought they would all think I was boring AF. But I was so wrong within year I almost got partner! However I decided that I would try vtubing because I felt more comfortable being behind My character then on cam because of my body dysmorphia. That changed my entire Community REAL FAST. I almost gave up then and there but I Never did. I kept telling myself keep going there will be people who understand what you are try cultivate and create. Its taken almost 7 years to get to where I am today and I have to say I am damn proud even though it may not seem like much to some it means the world to me. I will always strive to create a place others can call a second home so they don't to feel alone because I know all too well what that can feel like. NEVER give up on your dreams I am living proof you CAN DO IT! This is coming from a woman who is a mother of 3 , a grandmother and a wife so think about that. 41 old years by the way. ~ Love your Vamp Cat Brat BOSS
