Southern Charm. National Attention.
We’re turning heads in Boston and Minneapolis with ads that bring Atlanta’s personality and business potential to the streets, showcasing why metro Atlanta is the place to relocate, expand, and invest.
Congratulations to Governor-elect Keisha Lance Bottoms on her historic election as Georgia’s next governor and the first Black woman elected governor in our nation’s history.
Georgia enters this next chapter from a position of economic strength, and we look forward to working with her, leaders in the General Assembly, and partners across the state to grow our economy, develop and attract talent, strengthen our communities, and support a high quality of life.
Georgia-Florida. Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Big rivalry. Bigger opportunity.
@InvescoUS helped bring the Invesco QQQ Gridiron Classic to life in its hometown of Atlanta, investing in an experience that brought fans together.
The impact goes beyond the scoreboard. Major sporting events bring fans who stay in our hotels, dine in our restaurants, and support local businesses, turning game-day excitement into economic activity across metro Atlanta.
And the national spotlight gives Atlanta another opportunity to show why our region is built to host the world, and why businesses choose metro Atlanta to build what’s next.

As Ireland currently holds the EU Council Presidency, Irish Ambassador Geraldine Byrne Nason (@IrelandAmbUSA) joined Katie Kirkpatrick and Ambassador Neliupšienė for a panel discussion about metro Atlanta's role in transatlantic economic activities.
While in Atlanta, the visiting dignitaries also met with @GovKemp, visited @CocaColaCo headquarters, and called on Mayor @andreforatlanta as they work to reinforce the strong and diverse ties between Europe and Georgia.

Every company weighing a relocation or expansion asks the same question, no matter what sites are on the shortlist: where will my employees live?
Katie Kirkpatrick put it plainly on @Bloomberg Businessweek from the @Chase for Business Make Your Move Summit in Barrow County. A big part of site selection comes down to what it costs employees to live near the job and how long it takes them to get there. As Katie noted on Bloomberg, our former board chair Ryan Marshall of @PulteGroupNews reminds us that every two new jobs require one new home.
Metro Atlanta isn’t waiting for that question to become a dealbreaker. Georgia has been the top state for business for 13 years running, and MAC is working alongside many of our partners on a regional housing strategy. Because we see housing as an economic imperative.
We can’t talk about business growth without talking about housing.
