Keeping it under your hat: the use of cipher in a family letter

I have finally seen a memorial plaque I contributed to (the model of the seal) at Great Bardfield, Essex.
Stout pollarded limes guard the house called the Priory in the High Street, Dorchester on Thames. Its 18th-century facade hides an earlier timber-framed core visible in the gables to the rear. Listed Grade II.

Uno de los cuatro enormes capiteles cilíndricos de los arcos torales de la Colegiata de San Martín de Elines. El león andrófago, el nacimiento a nueva vida. Una constante en la escultura de la Colegiata. Flipante.

Another one in the bank and another school hall full of delightful youngsters this afternoon. Reckon I’ve now given 75 talks to more than 3,250 young people on CD’s life. Many keen to now enter our annual ‘Power of the Pen’ 500 words short story competition. Flipping lovely xx

The Vaulx monument at St Mary's, Meysey Hampton commemorates Dr James Vaulx and his two wives.
The effigy of his first wife Editha d1617 is the one that draws your eye though. Her elegant pose with her hand touching her chest and mournful gaze is really lovely.
