They said they don’t know. The guy was extremely rude. Said this is the last flight out today (1pm🤦🏻‍♂️) so you can fly tmrw or you can sit in coach. I said this is a problem & asked if they would refund my first class ticket & he said it wasn’t his problem and to call @AmericanAir

I usually LOVE @AmericanAir but today they really did some foul shit! I checked in and got boarding pass last night which was first class. And I showed up to gate and there was 20 min left before we took off and they said my seat dropped and they gave it away. I said why?

Is anyone having problems with there phone? I’m on sos and can’t get out of it.. Did everything you’re supposed to do but it won’t go back to normal.

Worst travel day! @jetblue mint honestly sucks. Their seats have deflated on me multiple times and when I call their terrible customer service team they offer me 100-200 credit on my 1500$ 1 way flight 🥴. We pay these expensive flights for comfort so we can laydown and sleep.
