Vampire bats, much like their monster counterpart, feed by drinking blood. When a bat feeds, it doesn’t even harm the animal it is feeding off of. It makes a very small cut with its teeth and then laps up the flowing blood with its tongue. 🦇

Cats that are all black have a gene mutation that causes melanism, or increases dark pigment production. This gene is also a dominant gene, so black cats are actually one of the more common cat colors. Typically, you will see more black male cats than female cats. 🐈
