Disabled women lose $24,000 a yr on average to the wage gap (as compared to nondisabled men). The wage gap is only part of the “disability tax”: 83% of working disabled adults have disability-related out-of-pocket costs, averaging about 10% of annual income. #DWEPD #MoreWithLess
3
Disabled women pay more to live, parent, and provide care for their families and themselves. Too many disabled women are forced to live in poverty by asset limits and work requirements that restrict access to lifesaving programs like Medicaid, home health care, and SNAP.
2
Disabled women are being laid off en masse, and losing accommodations and benefits they need to work, survive, and thrive. Disabled Latinas are paid 46¢ for every $1 paid to white, nondisabled men. Black disabled women are paid 50¢ for every $1 paid to white, nondisabled men.

53 cents won’t silence our voice. #Trabajadoras know our worth. And our voice matters at the ballot box, too. Make your plan. Vote. And help another working woman do the same. Need help getting an ID to vote? Call VoteRiders: 866-432-8683 #LatinaEqualPayDay #NuestraVozNuestroVoto

We must oppose federal attacks to alter the Census to further disempower Latinas and their communities. Latina/x women are the backbone of our economy and deserve WAY more than 53¢ on the dollar. Make a plan to #VOTE this #LatinaEqualPayDay & advocate for #Trabajadoras!

Did you know: Latina/x women stand to lose $1.2 MILLION over a 40-year career because of the wage gap. And a new Census Bureau proposal would remove race and ethnicity questions, erasing data we need for pay equity. Submit your public comment by 11/2: ow.ly/BVHj50ZVUz9

Latina/x women earn just 53¢ to a white man’s $1. We must stand for a future where every woman is paid fairly, free from discrimination, and able to achieve economic security. Equal pay is a matter of fairness, dignity, and justice! Join the social media storm happening NOW! 🌪️

NHPI women, part-time, full-time + year round and seasonal earn just 59¢ for every $1 paid to white, non-Hispanic men–and some face even wider gaps. Pay equity can’t wait. #NHPIWomensEqualPayDay #EqualPay #PayGap #Vote2026 #EPCC

Today we demand action from policy makers and systems leaders: disaggregate the data, enforce equal pay, and strengthen worker protections. Share this message and stand with NHPI women. #NHPIWomensEqualPayDay #EqualPay #PayGap #Vote2026 #EPCC

Today is also #NationalVoterRegistrationDay! NHPI women have historically faced low voter turnout. We can change that. Mobilize NHPI women voters and make sure our communities’ voices are heard this November. #NHPIWomensEqualPayDay #EqualPay #PayGap #EPCC

NHPI women face wage gaps hidden by aggregated data. Attacks on EEO-1 data make it harder to expose discrimination, target solutions & advance equity. #NHPIWomensEqualPayDay #EqualPay #PayGap #EPCC

For every $1 paid to white, non-Hispanic men, NHPI women earn as little as 59¢. Disaggregated data identifies discrimination and deepens equity. We need policies that protect NHPI women and close the wage gap. #NHPIWomensEqualPayDay #EqualPay #PayGap #Vote2026 #EPCC #GOTV

Today is #MomsEqualPayDay, when we lift up the pay gap for working moms, and ways to make an impact. Did you know that moms make, on average, just 64 cents to a dad's $1? Those lost wages matter not just for moms, but for their entire families.

The wage gap is about more than fairness. It affects whether Black women can build wealth, support their families, buy homes, save for retirement, and weather financial emergencies. Equal pay is economic security. #BlackWomensEqualPayDay #EqualPay #EqualPayCHI #ClosetheWageGap

The EEOC has proposed to rescind EEO-1, a long-standing data collection tool used to address workplace discrimination. Without it, discrimination does not go away. It just becomes harder to identify and easier to ignore. #BlackWomensEqualPayDay #BlackWomensEqualPay #EqualPayCHI
