In our Cooking Class, we prepared a delicious chocolate cake, a delightful treat for warm summer days. After completing our recipe, we gathered around the table to enjoy the cake over a cup of tea and pleasant conversation.

As part of our cooking class, participants prepared traditional Turkish açma with olive and cheese fillings. The session provided an opportunity not only to learn a new recipe and practise baking techniques, but also to exchange ideas and experiences about different food cultures

A wonderful finish to our second evening Cooking Class before the summer break! 👩‍🍳🍽️ Our final session was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our participants’ achievements and present certificates in recognition of their commitment throughout the programme.

Another lovely Cook Connect session today at Dialogue Society Oxford! 🍽️✨ It was wonderful to see people from different backgrounds coming together to cook, learn new skills, share stories, and enjoy each other’s company in such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

This week in our cooking class, we prepared two delicious recipes: traditional Dövmeç and a beautifully decorated strawberry cake. 🍓🎂 It was a wonderful opportunity to discover different flavours, practise new techniques, and enjoy the process of cooking together.

📚 Preparations are underway! This July and August, Fellowship Educational Society, in collaboration with Mentor Wise, will welcome 15 different groups of secondary school students to our 3-day Book Reading & Activity Camps. We look forward to an inspiring summer together!

This week in our cooking class, we explored one of the most beloved parts of Turkish culture: the traditional Turkish breakfast. We prepared a colorful breakfast table with olives, different types of cheese, homemade-style jams, simit and fresh bread.

Great communities are built one conversation at a time. Our event brought together families and individuals from different cultures to share a meal, connect, and celebrate the values that unite us. It was an evening filled with warmth, respect, and new friendships.

This week in our cooking class, we prepared two delicious homemade recipes: Mother’s Cake and Hatay Kısırı Mother’s Cake brought the warm and nostalgic taste of a simple homemade tray cake while Hatay Kısırı added a fresh, spicy, and traditional flavour from Hatay to our table

In our recent cooking class, we came together to prepare two special recipes: Sour Meatball Soup (Ekşili Köfte) and Semolina Balls.

Today in our cooking class, we prepared two delicious traditional recipes together with our participants: Walnut Köfte and Carrot Cezerye. 🧡 It was a lovely session filled with teamwork, good conversations, and the joy of making homemade Turkish flavors from scratch.

This week, our Cooking Class was filled with the warm and comforting scent of cinnamon. ✨ On Tuesday, 26 May, we made cinnamon walnut roll cookies together. It was a lovely recipe to prepare, share, and enjoy — a sweet little memory from our kitchen.
