Earlier today, HELB CEO, Mr. Monari, paid a courtesy visit to the Principal Secretary for Public Service and Human Capital Development, Prof. Jane Kere Imbunya, to discuss HELB’s migration from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to the Human Resource Information System–Kenya (HRIS-Ke). HELB is now fully compliant with the Unified Payroll Number (UPN) framework, marking a significant milestone in aligning its payroll processes with Government human resource management systems. This achievement reinforces HELB’s commitment to operational efficiency, good governance, accountability and digital transformation, while supporting more streamlined and standardised payroll administration in line with Government requirements.
