If you’re unsure what to do with all this free time now Facebook, WhatsApp & Instagram are down. @Rastle50 has some great YouTube videos you can watch…. – at Bradford, England
Here we go then… if you happened to have an argument with a car & were in the market for a new TT bike, what would you go for nowadays?
Asking for a friend.

It’s been my absolute honour and privilege to coach Tash Lewis who I’m devastated and heartbroken to say died after being hit by a car whilst on a run yesterday morning. Please share & donate if you can to support Tash’s wonderful Dave and her family.

@beth_potter wins the @SuperLeagueTri London Arena Games and gets told in her post race interview that "we can now call you a triathlete". I'm sure she needed that "reassurance" given she is the current European Champ, and finished 5th in the World Rankings last year.
I was shocked when I found out @NatWestBusiness & @NatWest_Help were 14th for customer service. After the last few weeks I’m impressed they rank that high 🤦🏽♂️
Can’t describe how long I’ve waited for the personal heatmap to show on the route planner in @Strava - whoever sorted that one out - you’re a hero! Time to plan some adventures.

Cycling: What an incredibly brave performance! He rode heroically for 150km and his team will be proud of the way he attacked the climbs. The strength of the peloton was too much but so much promise for this young rider
Running: Wow very dumb idiot

Anyone currently transitioning from sport to the ‘real world’ give this a listen...it’s honest, open and may help you. podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcas… @JackyScho @FrazierChristie @_____Scarlett @FreeRiderRange
The news telling me ethnic minorities are 5x more likely to get fined for lockdown breaches. The white family out the back of us have had 4 parties against the rules without consequence - we still sure it’s not biased? 2 weeks since the movement and we’re back to square 1.
“You’re not in the traffic jam. You are the traffic jam.” Is starting to resonate in so many different scenarios now I see it. People so eager to separate themselves from problems they’re part of. We can’t fix stuff until we accept we’re all playing parts in the same problems! 🤷🏽♂️
Over the years I’ve been fairly happy with @EBLeisure - but not opening the indoor pools, for not a lot of reason, and opening all the other centre facilities is a terrible move.

Won't be booking with @British_Airways again. Event cancelled due to Covid19. Bnb also cancelled and refunded, BA are insisting I fly. No reschedule, no travel voucher, they keep £1000 if refunded. So I have to fly for 23 hours, stay a week in the airport, then fly 39 hours back?
