If an innings could sum up a player's place in a nation's lore, among the countless other examples will stand this knock of Chamari Athapaththu against Ireland.
You can see the fire in her belly to just stay alive in this race. However improbably.
#T20WorldCup
Dominant from Chamari! 🔥 💯
“You’re not a failure, your a champion” Great storytelling from @NatalieGermanos, tying in her 178 as well 👏

How the heck has Radha Yadav dropped ANOTHER catch? Is it all the tape around her fingers? Less tape than the last drop but still. She’s so much better than this 😔
#INDvSA
Not the worst score from India. I’m calling this early! This might be a last over thriller 😏
#INDvSA
Bit of grip in this surface. de Klerk perhaps showing India the way forward with that wicket of Jemi 🤔
#INDvSA
Jemi has barely played a shot in anger in her first 11 balls. Then again, South Africa have given her nothing. Great comeback from the green and gold 👏
#INDvSA
Really enjoying this contest between bat and ball. Still think India is on top but of course it’s Sana that snares the big scalp of Harman!

🇿🇼 Exceptional from Zimbabwe! The calmness of Bennet, the brilliance of Raza. Truly, the darlings of the tournament. Undefeated ✊🏾

SKY vs USA, Kishan against Pakistan and now, Dube against the Netherlands. Three outstanding knocks. The first two resulted in big wins. In all likelihood, we’ll see that happen again. However, how crucial was that umpires call? 😮

This is when we play against fellow associates in Ind.
Imagine if we play India.
Imagine if we host any of the top ranked teams in Nepal.
It will be a mayhem. Roofs will be blown. Structures will need retrofitting.
Kudos to fans. One of the best in the world. The best. 🫡
Full credit to the Dutch here. Executing their plans to perfection. Dutt was near flawless, and van Beek adjusted well in his second over. Oh and Roelof just now👏

First Ishan Kishan and now Nissanka. Two very different knocks. Two of the best we’ve seen at the #T20WorldCup 👏
#SLvAUS
Pathum Nissanka smashes the maiden ton of the #T20WorldCup 2026 👏
His feat is one of our @marriottbonvoy Milestones 👊

This trophy is for all the IWCT fans and for everyone who has supported this team even those who have criticised them. But this victory is not for the people who made misogynistic posts when the team lost three straight matches. Don’t try to sneak in for likes👍🏻
Stay adha fan that you are!!!
