Get your blood pressure checked out.

And here’s some piano which is helping my recovery

A Green Party councillor in Leicester has defected to Labour - saying she no longer recognises the party under Zack Polanski.
Liz Sahu, who represents Castle ward, says the Greens adopting a “Zionism is Racism” motion was the “final straw”.
Delighted to hear that in my old Leicester South patch a Green Party cllr has today joined the Labour Party and will carry on her good work in Castle ward as a Labour Cllr.

💜what extraordinary bravery to talk her strokes like this. Full support to the amazing Tayshelice and her family.
Tayshelice Hewitt was just eight-years-old when her mother noticed she was unable to walk in a straight line.
She had suffered two silent strokes, linked to sickle cell disease.
Now aged 12, Tayshelice is working to raise awareness that young people can be affected by strokes, and an ice sculpture inspired by her brain has gone on display in London.

I think probably my all time favourite of Shakespeare’s sonnets. RIP Patrick Stewart. What an amazing, extraordinary actor. And a staunch Labour man who once campaigned for Labour in Eyres Monsell back in the 2004 Leicester South by election!
