For the second quarter in a row, AMC Entertainment posted an all-time company record for Revenue and for Adjusted EBITDA, our biggest and best ever quarter financial results in 106 years.
In Q3 2026, Revenues were up 32%. Adjusted EBITDA were up 184%, nearly triple last yearβs third quarter.
Our Adjusted EBITDA for the first 9 months of 2026 was $707 million, up an astounding $453 million versus the same timeframe last year.
What a triumph for AMC.
In recent years, where other key players in our industry collapsed, at AMC we repeatedly instead have talked about recovery. Today, we can finally say that AMC has recovered.
To our studio partners, lenders, business partners, employees and our millions of passionate shareholders, thank you for standing with us as we traveled through
a long, and at times brutal, road.
Mere survival was never the goal. Our goal ultimately was to thrive, and that is exactly and precisely where our focus now lies.
We are highly energized by the tremendous opportunities ahead.

Hi Phil β investigators made the connection immediately. What they didnβt have was the evidence to make an arrest. As the Inspector explained, police need reasonable grounds to arrest someone. Suspicion is not enough.
