Hey @Sony @SonyElectronics, I’m beyond disappointed. My flagship 75X93L has developed major panel smudges. Phone support says it's "dust," but the formal email says it's "within spec." Which is it? Why is a $2k+ TV failing in year 1 with no path to repair? 📺❌
I work in Marketing...I like the concept of Threads but I feel Meta did not have a full strategy to differentiate itself from X formerly known as Twitter. So it feels like Twitter in its early stages. As far as X goes -
